Job Description
We are so excited to find a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team! If you're passionate about driving HR initiatives, collaborating with business leaders, and making a significant impact on our organization's talent management and employee engagement strategies, this is the position for you.
As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in partnering with assigned client groups to drive talent management initiatives and support organizational goals. You will lead the performance management process, compensation cycle, and talent review to ensure employees receive timely and actionable feedback. You will also manage employee lifecycle changes and develop and implement Human Resources policies and procedures in alignment with company strategies and employment laws.
Here are other key responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, influence organizational changes, and contribute to business planning.
- Handle complex employee relations issues with sensitivity, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Serve as an internal Leave of Absence manager, liaising with Benefits and resolving queries as needed.
- Analyze talent data in collaboration with the Senior Talent Lead and support various HR initiatives such as compensation cycles and compliance.
- Conduct benchmarking to identify best practices and propose innovative solutions.
- Lead and execute enterprise Talent projects focused on areas such as Learning & Development, Talent Engagement & Inclusion, and Culture enhancement.
Qualifications
Functional Knowledge and Skills
- Previous experience in Human Resources as a generalist is a must
- Previous agency experience especially in the healthcare space preferred
- Possess exceptional analytical, decision-making, leadership organizational, project management, and written and verbal communication skills around operational leadership and strategy
- Possesses exceptional working knowledge and skills in the areas of Talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition and compliance
- Ability to influence others and client partners
- Ability to delegate and provide feedback
- Ability to escalate to leadership, legal, etc. when appropriate
- Demonstrate curiosity and strives personal process development

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $117,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
