The Human Resources Manager will oversee a client portfolio in the areas of Employee File management, compliance with Employment and Security Laws, and Employee Relations.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of related experience in Human Resources with proven experience in employee relations and investigations.
Yearly Salary ranges from $87,000 to $90,000 based on experience

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire)
- Ensure employees' requests and grievances are handled in a timely manner with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
- Conduct employee investigations and investigate disciplinary actions, including but not limited to, interviewing witnesses and reviewing pertinent materials
- Recommend, prepare, and as appropriate, assist in the administration of corrective actions
- Enforce and assist in the development of company policies
- Maintain accurate records of employees with the use of reports and audits
- Other duties to be determined by management
- Master's/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of two years of related Human Resources experience
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attentive to detail
- Must be able to multi task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ADP is a plus!
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Experience with policy review and creation
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
