Job Title: Human Resources Junior Associate
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Location: Corporate Office - Arcadia, California, Hybrid 2-days in-office

About the Role:
The Human Resources Junior Associates are the collaborators whose main responsibilities are focused on helping directors and managers with Human Resources-related tasks, including preparing audit reports and keeping track of all investigations, employee relations issues, and all Human Resources-related incidents.
Job Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Organizing, compiling and updating company personnel records and documentation
- Maintaining current Human Resources databases
- Tracking records related to doctor’s certifications, incident reports, disciplinary actions and medical insurance
- Partner and collaborate with the employee relations team in employee relations issues, such as employee complaints, harassment allegations and all other employee incidents.
- Assisting with processing and/or conducting disciplinary actions and terminations
- Assisting with investigations upon request by the manager
- Assisting with processing attendance points review and procedures
- Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
- Administering health and employee benefits plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Processing required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions
- Composing promotion letters, announcements, disciplinary notices and employment verifications and other administration tasks related to Human Resources
- Translating documents as needed
- Performing customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions via phone call or email
- Training the Human Resources Assistant(s)
- Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the Human Resources functions and duties
Tools:
- Google Suite, Paycom (HRIS)
Job Requirements:
- Read, understand, and follow the Employee Handbook and all company policies and procedures
- Able to make simple math calculations
- Able to produce and work the following software:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Publisher, Power Point) required
- Experience with a HRIS (human resource information system) preferred
- Highly motivated and able to adapt to change
- Able to write in a legible fashion simple correspondence
- Proper dress policy at all times Positive and Professional Attitude
