Human Resources Generalist (3702)

Three Saints Bay, LLC, a federal government contractor, is actively seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the day to day functions of the HR Department and the Three Saints Bay's subsidiaries.
Position Responsibilities: (Included but not limited to the following)

• Maintains Human Resources Information System by inputting and updating data as needed in the appropriate systems
• Track and process new employee transitions, compensation actions and status changes in an accurate and timely manner to ensure that new employees have completed all appropriate onboarding paperwork, training, and employee maintenance documents throughout their employment.
• Track and close out tasks in the applicant tracking system.
• Monitor employee reviews ensuring they are closed.
• Monitor and respond to ticket requests.
• Assists with the processing of the employee pre-employment background screenings and security processes as needed.
• Assists with the onboarding and orientation of employees as needed.
• Track required annual training. Facilitate annual training completion. Participate in preparing a training curriculum.
• Runs weekly reports for management as required.
• Assists HR Director with special projects and required reporting.
• Attend weekly HR calls, participate in HR meetings, and provide statistical reporting as needed and directed.
• Provides additional clerical and administrative support and all other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of HR experience is required, preferably in DoD or government contracting.

• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Ability to maintain confidentially.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to proficiently use a variety of software programs including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Experience with Taleo, CostPoint, Deltek, Plansource and UKG a plus but not required.
