SalaryThe Employers’ Association (EA), a regional non-profit organization providing HR Resources and Wellness Services to over 800 members, is seeking a HR Consultant for its Toledo area office.
The HR Consultant (full or part-time potential) will be responsible for engaging in and completing HR Consulting projects and providing HR Support Services to our members as well as our EA team.
The successful candidate must have excellent customer service and relationship building skills, be goal-oriented, a self-starter, have a continuous improvement philosophy and be a true team player. A Bachelor’s Degree is required with a concentration in Human Resources or related field, and three to five years of HR Generalist experience. HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
