JOB SUMMARY
The HR Business Partner will provide HR support to employees, managers and supervisors at various locations across the company. The HR Business Partner is responsible for operational Human Resources related issues, including employee relations, recruitment and staffing, development, communication, and coordination of policies and procedures and training administration, compensation and performance management processes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Comply with Eco Material Technologies Safety Policies and Procedures
Responsible for employee relations, recruitment and staffing, development, communication and coordination of policies and procedures, training, performance management, and management reporting.
Monitor compliance with HR policies and procedures and maintains knowledge of employment laws. Provide information and training to managers to ensure consistency in application of HR policies and procedures and compliance with employment law.
Assist managers and employees with interpretation of policies, procedures and programs
Recommends, evaluates and participates in staff development for the organization
Analyze people related metrics, trends and makes recommendations to business unit management for any actions
Work together with HR and payroll team members to help meet organization objectives through collaboration, openness and personal development
Conduct in-depth, compliant, empathetic employee relation investigations, complaints/disciplinary matters and advise management on appropriate resolution.
Provide education and guidance on performance management and support during the annual review process
Manage internal and external recruiting activities for assigned locations including posting jobs, creating job descriptions, screening candidates and interviewing. Work with recruiting professionals for management, technical and industry specific job opportunities.
