Job Title: Human Resources & Branch Manager Assistant

Job Description: Lifetime Roofing and Renovation, a leading player in the roofing and renovation industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Human Resources and Assistant Manager. This is a full-time position based on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and facilitate the recruitment process.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and assist in the interview process.
• Manage new employee onboarding and orientation.

Employee Relations:

• Address employee concerns and issues, fostering a positive work environment.
• Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures when necessary.

Benefits Administration:

• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with policies.
• Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
• HR Policies and Compliance:
• Ensure company policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to.
• Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Training and Development:

• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Identify opportunities for skills enhancement and career development.

Performance Management:

• Assist in the performance review process.
• Support managers in setting performance goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
