WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field OR equivalent level of experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Organization skills and attention to detail.
- Professional level of written and oral communication.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Maintain personnel files and conduct routine audits.
- Manage benefit enrollments including new hire, employee eligibility changes, and open enrollment.
- Performs administrative support on competency assessments and performance management.
- Provide guidance and issue resolution for benefit eligibility and enrollment.
- Act as liaison with benefit vendors.
- Process unemployment claims.
- Assist with FMLA administration.
- Assist with Workmen’s Compensation Claims.
- Support reporting, HRIS, and payroll functions as needed.
- Monitor HR email and mailbox.
- Assist with recruiting efforts such as attending local career fairs and events.
LOCATION & SCHEDULE:
- 26834 Lawrence Ave. Center Line, MI 48015.
- Monday - Friday - core hours are 8 AM - 5 PM.
