Job Title: Human Resources Associate

Reports to: Human Resources Manager
Summary:
As a member of the Human Resource team, the HR Associate will play a vital role in hiring and retaining quality talent. Working alongside the HR team to recruit, onboard, plan events, and coordinate employee and team development opportunities, this candidate must be able to communicate and interact effectively at all levels of the company. This individual should be high character and self-aware, motivated by serving others and assisting others in growth. Strong interpersonal skills, commitment to confidentiality, and the ability to organize and manage time effectively will be crucial in this role.
Responsibilities
Recruiting: Assist with recruitment process - identifying candidates,
performing reference checks, scheduling interviews, conduct testing, tracking employment applications, arranging
interviews, etc.
Onboarding:Coordinate new employee paperwork & meetings with benefits
representatives, communicate new hire information downstream, employee orientations, employee tours, etc.
Personnel& Regulatory Administration: Coordinate and organize
administrative tasks
Performance Management: Assist with performance management procedures providing administrative support
Employee& Team Development Coordination: Plan, schedule, and support employee, team, and leadership development programs
Special Events: Assist HR team in planning and implementing special company events
including Christmas party, annual meeting, volunteering in the community, etc.

Requirements
Business education or experience
Exposure to Human Resources is helpful but not required.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and
communication tools
