Interns must work in accordance with DTNA's core values of passion, respect, integrity and discipline. Internship positions can be located at various DTNA locations across the US. We are looking for high performing and motivated individuals in various areas within DTNA organizations. DTNA internships begin each summer in May or June.
This position will assist the OPT Team (Human Resources, Labor Relations, Disability, and Payroll) located at the Portland Truck Manufacturing Plant who support a building of 600+ office and shop floor personnel.
Interns in this role may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position subject to manager evaluations and business availability.

Salary placement is determined by your anticipated graduation year and ranges between $21 - $30 per hour.

What You Drive at DTNA
- Aid in the day to day administration of HR operations at the plant
- Update internal databases
- Post open positions, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews
- Aid in coordinating employee appreciation events
- Assist LR staff in tracking discipline
- Aid in administration of required employee training and surveys
Knowledge You Should Bring
- Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's/PhD Program from an accredited college/university or have graduated within the last 12 months.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Creative mindset
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Experience with MS Office
