The CSH family is looking for an HR Administrative Assistant to join our team in Costa Mesa! What You’ll Do:
The HR Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the general clerical duties of the administrative offices and the general upkeep of the offices. They will also assist the HR department in recruitment.
Recruitment (reviewing resumes, networking and engaging with candidates, scheduling interviews, utilizing LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor etc.)
Filing, scanning, and data entry
Internal communications
Office upkeep (scanning, filing, ordering supplies, etc.)
Assist the administrative, clinical, and scheduling departments as needed
