Large commercial landscape maintenance company with over 400 employees specializing in municipality work with prevailing wages and benefits. Seeking energetic, self-starting individual with a minimum of two (2) years experience in Human Resources.'
Duties
- Assist payroll department with onboarding / offboarding.
- Process new hire / terminations paperwork.
- Monitor timekeeping daily and produce attendance reports for Account Managers.
- Support HR initiatives and reinforce company policies, rules, and procedures.
- Maintain / update schedules and track and monitor ticketing system.
- Maintain physical and digital employee files, including, onboarding, benefits, and attendance records
- Fluent in Spanish preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR / Payroll administrative role
- Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and financial concepts
- Proficiency in data entry and working with spreadsheets
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Aspire, and Innova is a plus
