Job Description
Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Implement HR policies and procedures
- Oversee the scanning and updating of employee files
- Focus on driving a positive workplace culture
- Manage the onboarding process
- Ensure talent retention and high employee morale
- Train and support the management and supervisor team
- Lead performance management initiatives
- Drive process improvements within the HR department
- Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers
- Track and manage HR-related projects
- Collaborate closely with the HR coordinator
- Handle onboarding waves quarterly
- Collaborate with external temp agencies for hiring
- Oversee HR processes, excluding payroll
- Establish and maintain positive employee relations
- Keep employee retention high
- 5+ years of HR manager experience or senior HR generalist experience
- 2 years of supervisor experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in employee relations
- Experience with ADP preferred
- Non-profit experience preferred
