We are currently looking for a full-time Summer Human Resources Intern to support our Riverside Human Resources team. This onsite role provides visibility to the manufacturing environment and offers a valuable opportunity to support the Human Resources Partners. You will report to the Riverside HR site leader, and your work will focus on strategic talent projects, workforce analytics, DE&I, and employee engagement. You will be exposed to all levels of leadership, and the team is supportive and friendly. This internship will give you the whole HR experience!

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in high-visibility HR projects such as recruitment, talent management, and file management.
  • Participate in DE&I committee-led events as a strategic HR partner.
  • Assist in workforce analytics to help drive data-driven solutions that best align with business needs.
  • Learn to use HR systems and tools such as Workday and Qlik reporting.
  • Assist HR Business Partners with leader support.
  • Support the site's positive employee relations strategy.
  • Assist with labor contract management.

Basic Qualifications

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An individual who is pursuing a master's degree in Human Resources or a similar discipline.
  • Basic project management skills
  • Self-starter and not afraid of taking the initiative

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
