SCFF is currently seeking: Human Resource Generalist
The Human Resource Generalist will partner with agency leaders onsite and the Human Resources department to promote and implement autonomy, diplomacy and professionalism.
Qualities and experience desired for HR Generalist include, but are not limited to:
- Team-oriented builder who understands how to achieve buy-in from diverse constituencies, building bridges and designing "win-win" solutions across a matrix management organization
- Ability to flourish and navigate in a rapidly changing organization and operate comfortably with ambiguity and complexity
- 2-5 years of HR experience in roles of progressively increasing scope and in matrixed, high-growth, organizations;
- Experience in an accountable and results-oriented HR role with senior-level interface and a high degree of executive influence
- Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field or equivalent experience to PHR/SPHR certification
- Experience with HRIS, internet sourcing, ATS, and payroll systems (i.e., Paylocity, ADP WorkforceNow, iCIMS) is required so that the HR Manager prepare Key Performance indexes, maintain workforce data, and manage the workforce skills with the current HR systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is preferred as it will provide leadership with workable documents on their workforce.
- Travel is required to all locations within a region to provide the highest level of employee satisfaction
- Advises both employees and management regarding policies, procedures, and documentation
- Properly identifies, makes recommendations, and effectively resolves routine and complex employee relations issues in a timely manner
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate with all levels in the organization
- Ability to consult, guide and advise managers using the HR Competencies provided by SHRM and federal, state, and local employment regulations.
