We are currently seeking an HR Administrator. The ideal candidate for this position should be professional, outgoing, highly organized, detail oriented, and personable. Reporting to the General Manager, this person would work closely with the company Chief Executive Officer and Senior Managers to: Recruit the best possible candidates for open positions, Assist with interviews of candidates, On board successful new hires, Process payroll, Manage the documentation of pertinent HR matters for employment records, manage employee training, and other HR related task as deemed necessary.
Requirements
Job Requirements:

• Candidate must have a minimum of 5-years experience in personnel matters.
• Candidate must be personable, friendly and energetic, with the ability to be firm when necessary.
• Candidate must be able to manage the bi-weekly payroll process.
• Meet with management team to identify personnel recruiting needs and then implement an effective process to fill those positions.
• Schedule, coordinate and participate in interviews.
• Administer the necessary onboarding paperwork for new hires.
• Coordinate with external recruiting sources for temp to hire positions.
• Participate in the documentation of employee matters for performance review and discipline.
• Have an understanding of Company policies and procedures and be able to provide guidance to employees to assist them with HR-related needs.
• Superb oral and written communication skills.
• Maintains confidentiality and sensitivity to employee data and conversations.
• Administer various employee training programs.
