We are looking for a skilled HubSpot Developer to work closely with our Product Manager to develop and maintain our account and contractor management CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and ticketing applications.

Why this Role is Important:

The HubSpot Developer will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and enhancing these applications to streamline our business processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Product Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the successful implementation of features and functions within the HubSpot CRM platform.
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom CRM modules, workflows, and integrations, covering Sales, Marketing, Support, Service, Ticketing, and Contractor Management.
  • Implement automated workflows and pipelines to streamline a varied set of processes across multiple stakeholders.
  • Customize and configure HubSpot CRM for optimal user experience and efficiency for both internal users of the application and customers using our web portal.
  • Integrate third-party tools and services to enhance HubSpot CRM capabilities.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure system stability and reliability.
  • Keep abreast of the latest HubSpot CRM features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve our applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including training sessions and documentation creation.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Must have a minimum of 2+ years of demonstrated experience as a HubSpot Developer, including expertise in customizing and extending HubSpot CRM functionalities. Familiarity with API, HubSpot Sales and Service Hub is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot API, workflows, modules, and custom objects.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building user interfaces within HubSpot.
  • Firsthand experience with (GIT) version control and working with SCRUM (Agile) development teams.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, version control systems, and agile methodologies.
  • Angular/Spring Boot/SQL is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support processes is preferred.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and diligence.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a demanding environment.

Compensation

$80,000—$120,000 USD

Compensation is based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.
