Job Title: HR/Onboarding Specialist and Executive Assistant

Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85254

Salary: $55K-$75K/year depending on experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and organized HR/Onboarding Specialist and Executive Assistant to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. This position will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new employees, handling HR-related tasks, managing the day-to-day office operations, and providing administrative support to several executives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute onboarding plans for new employees
• Serve as the point of contact for all HR-related inquiries
• Maintain and update HR records and databases
• Assist with HR tasks such as benefits administration, training, employee relations, and performance management
• Manage the day-to-day office operations, including coordinating with vendors, maintaining office supplies, and overseeing maintenance and repairs
• Provide administrative support to several executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in HR, employee training, onboarding or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
