Salary: $55K-$75K/year depending on experience
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and organized HR/Onboarding Specialist and Executive Assistant to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. This position will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new employees, handling HR-related tasks, managing the day-to-day office operations, and providing administrative support to several executives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute onboarding plans for new employees
- Serve as the point of contact for all HR-related inquiries
- Maintain and update HR records and databases
- Assist with HR tasks such as benefits administration, training, employee relations, and performance management
- Manage the day-to-day office operations, including coordinating with vendors, maintaining office supplies, and overseeing maintenance and repairs
- Provide administrative support to several executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in HR, employee training, onboarding or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
