Job Description
Our client is seeking an HR/Office Manager to manage all people-related processes to ensure a seamless and positive experience to employees and new hires.
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity where you will earn up to $70,000 per year, based on your experience. You will work onsite Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Some of your responsibilities as HR/Office Manager include:
- Ownership of all administrative tasks and processes
- Managing payroll process
- Overseeing people-related processes including recruitment, onboarding, training and more
- Ensuring all internal policies, procedures and documents are compliant with local laws and regulations
- Management of local office
- Other duties as assigned
To qualify for the HR/Office Manager position, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field. In addition, we require:
- Minimum four years of progressive HR experience, including management and implementation of policies and procedures and leading projects
- Minimum of two years of progressive administrative office experience, including senior level support
- Engineering recruiting experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and with team members
