SUMMARYSupports Human Resources in the areas of benefits reporting and is responsible for maintaining the HRIS. Implements process improvements, ensuring data quality, and analyzing and reporting data out of the HRIS. Partner with internal stakeholders to develop solutions that help to streamline and automate new HR processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- HRIS Administration
- Serve as a system administrator for HR Systems
- Ensure security, end-user access, and data integrity
- Evaluate System for enhancements
- Benefits
- Manage annual open enrollment process
- Administer dependent verification audit
- Process monthly benefit invoices
- Assist employees with benefits questions
- Manage the FMLA/FAMLI process
- Manage EE Referral Program
- Assist with employee functions
- Manage Employee Wellness Programs
- Assist with monthly and ad hoc reporting

Bachelor’s Degree and three years human resources related experience, including administering employee benefits and HRIS Programs or a combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

- Proficient in HRIS and computers and various software applications (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to learn new applications is a must
- Attention to detail and organization skills required

- Understanding of Human Resource functions, both technical and legal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with specific deadlines
- Technical proficiency in HRIS platforms
Actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
