Job description

We are seeking a Junior Helpdesk Technician to support our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Experience is not a prerequisite for this role; rather, we seek candidates who are curious about technology and systems and are eager to develop their skills. You'll play a vital role in providing technical support and assistance for HR systems and projects. Attention to detail, commitment to data integrity and confidentiality, and a willingness to learn are essential. You'll work in a small, tight-knit team, where teamwork, positivity, and collaboration are highly valued.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Provide technical support and assistance for our HRIS and other HR systems.
  2. Harness your natural curiosity to diagnose and troubleshoot system issues.
  3. Prioritize and manage ticket items as they come into the helpdesk, ensuring efficient resolution.
  4. Collaborate closely with your teammates to ensure HR systems run smoothly.
  5. Contribute to the success of HR projects by providing technical expertise and support, always acting with honesty and integrity.
  6. Document and track support requests, resolutions, and system improvements with precision.
  7. Offer training and guidance to employees on using HR systems effectively, ensuring employee and environmental safety.
  8. Utilize your Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  9. Develop training programs, manuals and materials for our teams successful use of our HRIS systems.
  10. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma.
  • A strong interest in technology and systems.
