RHD is seeking a full time HR Sysms Analyst to support and provide ongoing analytics of the current HR systems and reporting tools.

The HRIS Analyst partners with various departments such as HR, Payroll, Operations, Benefits, L&D/OD, and IT. This role works with the HR Systems and Projects Manager to continually review and seek better ways to utilize our current and/or future HR systems to drive efficiencies and effective ways of working and provide information and insight to stakeholders. This position focuses on data integrity, strategies to provide information to employees and managers, development of system functionality, end-user support, and special projects (as assigned).
Responsibilities/Duties
Audits & Analytics
Performs audits of critical data elements and ensures data integrity, analyzes work process design and leverage return on technological capabilities despite incomplete or ambiguous information
Provides analytical and functional support to multiple HR projects and initiatives
Analyze data integrity and uses data to recommend and develop best practices despite incomplete or ambiguous information
Assists with the creation of standard and complex processes and tools as required using HR and other internal systems, creates and maintains dashboards and other business intelligence tools
Assess needs of employees and managers for education, information, and communication, and develops strategies to provide information.
System functionality & End User Support
Act as subject matter expert and perform troubleshooting for end users for all HR systems
Works with other RHD teams and vendors on testing, configuration, quality control, and system compliance
Identifies and evaluates problems and possible causes to determine root causes and impacts. Research issues thoroughly and uses sound judgement to recommend system and process improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or variations, which must be approved by leadership
Supports day to day maintenance and troubleshooting; and liaising with all internal & external stakeholders as required
Works with system vendors to resolve issues and gain better understanding of products to ensure alignment and continued system-wide improvement of the HR systems; support the design, development and implementation of system solutions to meet organizational and business needs
Project Planning & Management
Works with project leads and stakeholders to define project schedules, user documentation and communication materials on HR technology system implementation and rollout
Contributes to the design, development and facilitation of HR technology training
Work with a team to help identify and resolve deployment risks, potential impacts, and appropriate workarounds
Assist with sourcing and selection process for third-party software
Partners with L&D/OD in change management activities including training and developing technical process documentation
Serves as a backup to HR Systems & Projects Manager
Other
Government/external reporting support (DOL/EEOC/OFCCP, etc) - pulling and managing employee data from HR and other RHD systems
Support RHD's Strategic Objectives and initiatives
Stay abreast of new external trends and innovations in the field of information systems/technology
May be required to be on-call or work after normal operating hours
Perform other tasks, duties, and responsibilities as assigned
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years working as a Project Lead/Project Manager and working with Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll
Minimum of 5 years' working with Information Technology Systems and supporting integrated applications
Required Education
Bachelor's degree requiredRequired Qualifications
Vendor management experience working with third parties for existing and potential new solutions
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - expertise in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
Ability to work under pressure and manage changing/competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of and demonstrated experience with project management and HR processes improvement

RHD employees and programs in the City of Philadelphia are required to follow the COVID vaccine mandate. Revised PDPH guidance allows for new hires to be partially vaccinated at the time of hire. This means they have received at least one shot in a two-dose series or a single dose in a one-dose series before beginning in-person shifts. The final dose must be received within 8 weeks of hire (start date). This currently does not include boosters.
