Responsibilities
Under supervision of the HRIS Manager, this individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for report development and analysis of data within the HRIS and other HR systems. Focus is on, but not limited to, developing analytics that support day-to-day operations of the HR Department by ensuring data integrity and accuracy while providing company leaders with mechanisms to effectively understand and manage human capital performance.
- Work with and recommend reporting options based on analysis needs requested by Corporate departments, as well as field operations
- Recommend, create and analyze trend reports and other analytics outcomes for various HR areas
- Create, maintain, and update reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools i.e. Cognos BI
- Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs
- Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
- Apply understanding and use qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles
- Advance the end user experience by providing reporting that includes high-quality visual resources, easily interpreted data and accurate results
- Support the expansion of dashboard development i.e. turnover dashboards
- Serve as liaison between vendor and requesting department to set-up and manage external file feeds/transfers
- Participate in yearly compliance reporting requirements i.e. ACA, EEO
- Works closely with other HR functions, such as Benefits, to support their use of the HRIS to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Update internal HR processing audit reports and audit key
- Other duties as assigned
