HR/AR Administrative Professional is professional for:
- Onboarding New Employees
- Coordinating Safety Training for New Employees and Safety Refresher Training for Existing Employees
- Managing Safety Supplies/PPE inventory
- Maintaining updated records of DOT Medical Cards and Background Checks for Employees
- Completing Prequalification documentation for Customers, Customer Databases, and State Agencies
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Assisting with Payroll and Payroll entry as needed
- Managing Insurance Claims, Reporting and Annual Renewals
- Pursuing collections of past due customer accounts including calling customers and resolving any issues delaying payment
- Providing documents and information to attorney for those customer accounts being pursued by attorney
- Filing papers with district magistrate for unpaid bills
- Maintaining positive relationships with customers
- Processing Documents and Check for Accuracy
- Managing inventory of office supplies and office related vendor accounts
- Answering incoming phone calls and send the caller to the proper staff
- Assisting Controller on other administrative projects as needed
- Cross training on other Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintaining organized accounting files
- Helping with Other responsibilities as directed or assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
