Title: IP/Patent Litigation Paralegal

Location: Redwood Shores, CA
Salary: $70,000 - $95,000/year, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

·You will be responsible for researching and analyzing law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions and legal codes to prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, etc. for use by attorney

· You will also draft routine legal documents for review and use by attorneys

· You will also be responsible for e-filing documents in the Northern District of California and in state courts

· You will also be responsible for helping attorneys prepare for trial and for attending several trials per year, most of them out-of-state, for up to a week-at a time

Requirements

· 3-5 years of prior Litigation Paralegal experience, at least 1 of which was as an IP/Patent Paralegal

· Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-certified program preferred

· E-filing experience in the N. District of California and in State Courts
· Willingness to travel out-of-state for trials
