Hr Training Specialist

Job Overview:

The Human Resources Training Specialist works closely with the HR Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The HR Training Specialist will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, create engaging content, and facilitate impactful training sessions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Training Needs Analysis:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify training needs across different departments.
• Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to understand specific skill gaps and performance improvement areas.
• Training Program Design and Development:
• Develop comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Design engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and training manuals.

Training Delivery:

• Facilitate training sessions using various methods, including in-person workshops, webinars, and virtual training platforms.
• Ensure that training sessions are dynamic, engaging, and tailored to meet the diverse learning styles of participants.
• Manage trainees/participants and training sessions by record-keeping daily attendance and tracking training schedules.

Continuous Improvement:

• Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
• Continuously update and improve training content to reflect changes in policies, procedures, and industry best practices.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with HR partners and department leaders to understand ongoing organizational changes and align training initiatives accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to promote training opportunities and encourage participation.

Evaluation and Metrics:

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the impact of training programs.
• Analyze data and provide regular reports on training effectiveness and participant performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR training role.
• Proven training experience as an HR Training Specialist or in a similar role.
• Training content development experience.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced environment.
