HR Analyst I Role – Training & Development
$35-$38 per hr.
Responsibilities
This role will provide support to the Office of Learning and Development including, but not limited to the following tasks:
· Assessing training needs and identifying suitable training solutions including the design, customization, and scheduling of on-site and e-learning programs
· Developing curriculum and training materials
· Preparing course announcements, bulletins, outlines, handbooks, manuals, and other materials for use in programs
· Identifying faculty and/or personnel to deliver the training, coordinating the logistics of all sessions.
· Maintaining evaluations and all training records; and preparing related reports.
Additionally, this position will support the State's Learning Management System (LMS) by training system administrators and builders, developing content, managing data transfers and the coordination of system expansion.
Requirements
· Must be able to establish and deliver strategic goals and objectives.
· Have experience with online learning platforms.
· A strong knowledge of adult instruction and learning theory and principles such as instructional design; training methodologies.
· Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to work independently as well as to serve as a contributing member of the team.
Education
· Bachelor’s degree with specialization in learning and Development, human resources management, psychology, adult education, or a closely related field
and 3-5 years of related experience in a Learning and Development function
