The Opportunity

As an intern with Planview you get the opportunity to gain meaningful, paid work experience to support your academic learning. You will be supported in further developing your skills and have the chance to learn more about the areas of our business that are the most relevant to your career goals. We’re looking for an HR intern to join our team in Austin, Texas in the summer of 2024 (approximately May 29 – August 9). In these roles, you will work along HR and Talent Acquisition teams to assist in talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resources processes.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with Recruiters on strategic sourcing projects for roles across the business using tools like LinkedIn recruiter to connect with potential candidates
- Input candidate data into applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Create recorded training videos of common tasks in HR technology systems like Applicant Tracking System, ADP (HRIS), 15Five
- Work with the HR team on tasks and projects related to onboarding, career framework and training and development
What You'll Bring
About you:
These roles are open to students currently enrolled in an accredited University or college program with a preference on students in a Human Resources or Organizational Design program, or recent graduates. Candidates must be available to work from our Austin office for the duration of the internship.
