We are currently growing our North America team and are seeking a HR Specialist - Total Rewards to join our talented Human Resources team!  This career opportunity is located in West Fargo, ND.  
As a HR Specialist in Total Rewards you will be responsible for providing support and analysis to the HR department.  You will assist in various HR functions, including but not limited to Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, People Relations, Business Processes & Analytics, and Environmental Health & Safety. In this role, you will will collaborate with HR team members to ensure accurate and efficient HR operations. 
Role & Responsibility
General 

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify HR trends, insights, and recommendations
• Develop and implement HR metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators
• Collaborate with HR leadership to design and execute talent acquisition strategies
• Support employee engagement initiatives and implement programs enhancing the employee experience
• Conduct compensation and benefits analysis to ensure competitiveness in the market
• Participate in HR policy development and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

 Total Rewards 

• Assist in development of and interpreting policies and procedures regarding Health & Welfare plans' eligibility, plan design, etc.
• Ensure policies and processes are compliant with internal controls and regulatory agency requirements 
• Support and collaborate with internal and external partners with reporting, testing, auditing, and reconciliation (eligibility and enrollment, claims, other financial analysis, and modeling, etc.) 
• Create and maintain dashboards and business cases to inform stakeholders and track progress of strategic initiatives and KPIs 
• Support the administration of retiree insurance and pension plans across groups
• Manage intake of all retiree calls
• Maintain retiree payroll information and resolve discrepancies

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent related experience 
• Prior experience in an HR support role or internship is preferred  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and interpret data
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, including HRIS systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Travel required: < 10%
