Primary Job Function
To provide primary support to employment functions, including the posting, application, screening, selection, and hiring processes.
Duties
- Provide support to the hiring process in applicant tracking, applicant screening and processing, file preparation, and interviews following established procedures
- Prepare recruitment materials and attend recruitment events, job fairs, and other related community events as a representative of the company
- Process applicant rejection letters and assist with closing of applicant pools and recruitment requisitions
- Process background checks and verification of certifications and licensure as needed
- Respond to the requests from potential candidates regarding explanation of application and selection process
- Assist hiring managers in selection processes such as pre-interview screening, as assigned
- Create, update, and maintain job postings across multiple locations and platforms
- Perform a regularly scheduled audit of job postings and job feeds to various online posting locations
- File and purge selection process documents according to procedures.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or a related field required
- HRCI or SHRM certification preferred
