About The Role
The Global HR Solutions Specialist supports the Global Project Manager in the implementation of technology for the HR teams. This includes technology such as SuccessFactors recruitment (RCM), onboarding (ONB), career site (CSB), candidate relationship management (CRM) and employee central system (EC). Additional tools include HiredScore (AI screening), JDXpert (job description management) and more.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and prioritize projects related to the implementation and maintenance of our HR systems
- Collect detailed business requirements for new tools and system enhancements
- Develop and manage testing of systems including user acceptance and regression testing; including documenting and retesting of all defects
- Conduct system demonstrations to global HR teams as well as creating user documentation and training videos
- Work and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams
- Provide support for all questions, troubleshooting and maintenance and ensure communication to users
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Required Qualifications
- +3 years of experience in an HRIS role or with HR software testing
- Background working in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Strong project management, planning and priority setting skills
- Strong communication skills
- Solution-oriented with the ability to foresee potential issues and provide solutions
- Highly detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Highly preferred: Recent experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), SuccessFactors: Recruiting and Onboarding
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition or recruitment business processes
- Proficiency in Google applications

Salary Range $88,800- $111,000 USD
Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a
performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
