HR Representative-Leaves & WC Administration

TrueCare in San Marcos, CA is growing with intention and looking to add a HR Representative- Leaves & WC Administration to our dedicated team of Human Resources professionals!

Under the general supervision of the Director, Compensation, Benefits & HRIS, the HR Representative-Leaves & WC is responsible for administering the leave of absence programs and managing medically necessary reasonable accommodations in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations. This position is also responsible for managing the Workers’ compensation program and partnering with departments for root cause analysis.

You’ll be considered qualified if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources administration, business administration, healthcare administration or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience working in a Human Resource Department administering leaves of absence or workers compensation programs in California.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local leave laws and regulations; including FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA, CA-SDI, CA-PFL, USERRA, and additional State and local leave requirements.
• Computer proficiency with web-based applications, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) such as ADP and the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Requires a valid CA Driver's License and clean driving record

You’ll be highly desirable if you have:

• Experience managing reasonable accommodation requests.
• PHR/SPHR or other related certification.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position. If you are hired at TrueCare, your final base salary (within the pay range), will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members when determining any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer generous benefits and retirement plans.
