As Recruiting Manager, you are a key team member supporting operations at Rainbow Restoration. You are responsible for recruiting, Interviewing, and hiring. Setting up training procedures and other HR functions of Rainbow Restoration.
You are self-motivated, self-directed, and enthusiastic. You are driven to project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction while working cooperatively with others to manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations in the Company.
Specific Responsibilities:

• Human Resources
• Recruiting, Interviewing and Hiring people that are ready to work
• Perform other duties as required. These duties may include job functions that are outside the scope of normal job duties.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and other computer software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong data reporting skills
• Professional appearance and personality
• Strong team player who can also work independently
