```Duties```
- Conduct cold calling to potential candidates to assess their interest and qualifications for open positions
- Utilize HR sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent for recruitment
- Manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with employee evaluation processes and provide feedback to management
- Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to track candidate information and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition required
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, including talent management and employee evaluation
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as Kronos or Paychex, is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively utilize social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Sales experience is a plus, as recruitment resourcers often need to sell the company and job opportunities to potential candidates

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
