Clearwater positions open to candidates located in greater Tampa Bay area.
The HR Operations & Services Coordinator is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the HR Operations Department. This position requires someone to have a very strong attention to detail and problem solving. This position will work closely with the Data Compliance Team, Culture Team and the ER Team.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of different Programs & Projects in coordination with Snr Director of HR Operations & Services.
- Reviews and handles the Suggestion Box responses and submits for approval.
- Updating Notice Boards, includes posting legal documents
- Handling the back end of Monthly Games with Culture Team
- Fill in for other team members when out, i.e. reception, shipping, breakroom, events.
- Workday testing
- Assist with the planning and successful execution of culture related activities and events
- Assist as needed with the Plan and coordinate the logistics for end of month lunches.
- Assist ER in Investigations and be a witness in HR situations
- Assist in the Data and Compliance section on Workers Comp, promotions, reports, offboards EEO-1 reporting within the US.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of overall HR experience
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc)
- SHRM-CP or PHR Certification Preferred
- People Management skills and experience
- Understanding HR Functions & best practices
- Strong self-motivation, a team player and quick learner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe editor
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
