The Learning & Organizational Development Program Manager designs and implements solutions to support the company's Employee Experience strategy. Working closely with other members of the Learning & Organizational Development team you may also be called upon to provide subject matter expertise to implement change, support team effectiveness, or deliver leadership programs.
This position reports to the Senior Director, Talent Management and has daily interaction with HR leadership and business leadership.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the rollout of a new Employee Engagement Survey platform, including Action Planning.
- Be the primary point of contact for the Enterprise Reward & Recognition Program, Mission Excellence.
- Help design and deliver key initiatives to support the growth and development of those within the Human Resources function.
- Assist in creating, implementing, and supporting programs for New Employee Orientation, onboarding, performance management, and other employee engagement initiatives.
- Consult with internal business partners to diagnose and understand needs to develop recommendations for improvement.
- Build and deliver impactful self-service toolkits and resources.
- Leverage data to evaluate strategies and programs measuring the achievement of OD goals and action plans.

Job Qualifications
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training or a related discipline and ten or more years of progressive professional experience in a corporate Human Resources department. May substitute a certificate in human resources from a recognized organization and equivalent experience in lieu of education.
- MBA and/or advanced degree is preferred.
- Knowledge of and expertise working with OD/HR tools, systems, processes, and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work through complex and ambiguous business issues and identify, develop, and implement appropriate interventions.
- Strong project management and execution skills including ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong collaborative style.
- Willingness and desire to lead, take accountability, and learn.
