We are currently hiring a Human Resource Executive for the HR Department who can join us immediately at our Florida location.

Human Resource Executive

Work Schedule: Full-time employed position working at least 40 hrs. per week Monday through Thursday (4 days x 10 hours).

General Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating and supporting the recruitment process
2. Assisting in the Onboarding process of newcomers to the company
3. Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements
4. Assisting with adequate induction and training
5. Managing succession planning of staff & attending webinars
6. Assisting with the performance management and review process

Qualifications:

• Should have master’s degree (Masters in HR is preferred)
• Should have at least 2 years’ working experience in the HR field.
• Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws
