Job Description Job Summary: The Human Resource Employee Relations Specialist will provide support to the Human Resources Department with a primary emphasis on Employee Relations and training. Specific Duties: Provide retirement counseling and guide pending retirees through necessary paperwork. Notify all designated personnel of pending separations.

Facilitate employee feedback through surveys: 60/90/180, Stay Surveys, Exit Surveys, and Focus Groups. Assist with the planning and execution of employee engagement events. Assist with employee NEO and SNEO.

Act as a resource for employee questions and concerns. Keep informed on Health and Hospital policies, Federal, State, and City Laws. Participate with other HR staff in planning, developing, and implementing personnel policies, systems, workflows, and procedures.

All other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications 1. Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources Management, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline; or 2. High School Diploma or its educational equivalent and two (2) years of relevant experience in human resources, administration, labor relations, Employee Relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, customer service (providing information and resolving customer concerns), or a related administrative support function.
