HR-Director of Workforce Management
We are seeking a full-time professional to assume the Director of Workforce Management role within a large and dynamic healthcare organization located in the NY Metro region.
This is a hybrid remote position that will require occasional travel to the main offices in Lower Manhattan
We'd like to speak with you if you are a natural at fostering relationships at all levels within an organization, and possess a sense of urgency while you see tasks through to completion. We are seeking an HR professional with 5+ years professional human resources experience, that includes some healthcare, and will also include leadership/management experience.
Your HR background should include direct experience in:
- Workforce planning
- Compensation systems - managing, administering and understanding compensation approaches
- Recruitment and succession planning.
- Project management skills and the demonstrated ability to partner optimally across all levels of the organization to enact change, establish process and maintain quality will be needed.
- Strong technical skills will include intermediate Excel, Microsoft Office
