We are looking for a HR * Consultant who:*

• Participates in all aspects of the implementation solution from the analysis of business requirements to the configuration of applications to meet the customer’s needs, and the configuration of the standard functionalities of the solutions.
• Analyzes operational processes and determines the gap between the client's requirements/specifications and the standard functionalities of the proposed solutions.
• Configure and customize the Human Capital Management application to achieve the client’s business requirements.
• Supports in the solutions configuration, includes but is not limited to: defining roles and authorizations, creating users and assigning the roles, and defining process and adapt workflows.
• Collaborates with project leaders and the implementation team to ensure understanding of the set-up requirements, business-aligned objectives, and obtains a complete understanding of the current business processes.
• Supports the customer with the transition to the new system.

• Stays up to date on the technologies that the company uses and sells, and on the current trends of the different industries to which it provides services.

Job requirements…

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources field.
• Knowledge in HCM systems.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Excellent communications skills.
• Customer services skills.
