Your Role: HR Business & Talent Partner
In the capacity of an HR Business Partner at Hoffmann Brothers, you will be a strategic talent partner to our business leaders and managers. Your expertise, coaching, and support will be instrumental in achieving our organizational goals and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning:
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies and projects with business goals.
Talent & Organizational Development:
- Drive organizational effectiveness, talent planning including performance management, succession planning, key talent pools, and employee engagement.
- Key partner and coach to leadership for identifying and executing individual development plans.
- Develop and implement talent development and succession planning initiatives.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Work with hiring managers and talent acquisition to identify staffing budgets and develop recruitment strategies.
- Participate in the selection and hiring process for key roles.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a trusted advisor to resolve employee relations issues.
- Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and compliance with employment laws.
Organizational Development & Change Management:
- Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and assist in change management.
- Using knowledge of our business, recommend training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Promote a positive workplace culture and implement employee engagement initiatives aligned with the organization's values.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Collaborate with leaders to implement competitive reward programs and equitable compensation practices.
HR Technology and Systems:
- Utilize HR technology and systems to streamline HR processes and data management.
- Recommend and implement HR technology improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant business-related discipline
- 10 years of broad and progressive human resources experience and a strong, strategic talent mind-set
- Proven experience in a strategic Business Partner role or talent management role is required.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Strong change management and project management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
