- Serve as consultant to management on human resourcerelated issues

- To manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with a deep understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent people management skills and the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
