We are currently growing our North America team and are seeking a HR Business Intelligence Analystto join our talented team!
This role will provide data infrastructure, records, analysis and insight. Responsible for transforming data into actionable decision points designed to achieve company and functional objectives. Said objectives will be supported by the timely delivery of trusted and accurate data models. Models will enable thorough analysis while also providing easily consumed insights for the function's key stakeholders. This role will increase the quality and scope of available data.
This position may be located at any of the following locations: Bismarck, ND; Gwinner, ND; Wahpeton, ND; West Fargo, ND; Litchfield, MN; or Statesville, NC. This position has the option of being a hybrid work arrangement.

Role and Responsibility
- Improve HR technology and processes by analyzing current practices, recommending solutions, and designing and implementing modifications/new technology.
- Create sustainable data environments supporting query and reporting needs
- Design coding solutions to meet end user's data, dashboards, and tool specifications
- Ensure appropriate training and end user documentation is developed and implemented
- Design informative, actionable and scalable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop new analytical models and techniques for a company to standardize data collection
- Maintain alignment of HR projects and initiatives with the business organization's goals and overall strategic plan
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or Computer Science, or related field
- Masters degree preferred
- Experience: 5>10 years
- Travel: <10%
- High degree of math and statistical skills
- High degree of fluency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI/Access
- Must have a high level of motivation and individual initiative
- Excellent analytical/problem solving skills, communication skills, attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and follow through on commitments in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organization and documentation skills
- Ability to manage and align tasks to strategic goals
- Database design and data architecture
- Data mining and analytics
