Role & Responsibility
- Collaborate with functional departments to translate business needs into Business Intelligence solutions
- Ensure supporting data is captured in appropriate systems and can be accessed/understood by stakeholders
- Apply standards and governance to data, measures, and solutions ensuring consistency across functions and business units
- Build and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards providing insight to stakeholders
- Track progress and trends of key strategic initiatives and projects, adjusting tactics as necessary
- Research market and competitive intelligence and incorporate best practices into existing processes and solutions
- Conduct gap analyses to ensure strategies can be met; proactively identify initiatives/projects that require further development or that should be stopped
- Provide accurate, timely, and informative business information and insights to key decision-makers within the company
- Perform audits of master data
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
- Train users on reporting and decision-making models
- Gather user feedback for enhancements and development needs
Job Requirement
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business related field (Business Admin, Economics, Computer Science, Finance, or related field)
- Experience: 0>3 years
- Travel:
- Ability to present complex information clearly
- Experience with analytic and statistical programs/software utilizing relational data management and visualization
- Effective organization and prioritization
- Experience with data modeling and data visualization
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytics and statistical skills with attention to detail
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage and delegate simultaneous tasks
Preferred
- SQL/R/Python/VBA
- Proficiency in Qlik or PowerBI
