LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a company looking for a HR Benefits/Total Rewards Specialist located in St. Louis, MO area. If you have the qualifications listed below and are interested in this opportunity- apply with us today!
Responsibilities:
Administer all corporate benefit plans, including annual open enrollment, compliance, vendor relations, and employee inquires
Facilitate filing and tracking of workers compensation claims
Process data in the HRIS system which includes but not limited to new hires, terminations, and status changes.
Manage leave of absence including claims processing, tracking, and record keeping
Complete employee filings including but not limited to EEOC and OSHA
Develop ad hoc reporting
Assist with other related duties needed daily
Qualifications:
1-2 years of benefits and Total Rewards experience
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
Experience using HRIS systems
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work efficiently and accurately while prioritizing work
Details:
Hybrid, M-F, 8-5
Salary: $25-28/hr.
