HR Benefits/ Total Rewards Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a company looking for a HR Benefits/Total Rewards Specialist located in St. Louis, MO area. If you have the qualifications listed below and are interested in this opportunity- apply with us today!

Responsibilities:

• Administer all corporate benefit plans, including annual open enrollment, compliance, vendor relations, and employee inquires

• Facilitate filing and tracking of workers compensation claims

• Process data in the HRIS system which includes but not limited to new hires, terminations, and status changes.

• Manage leave of absence including claims processing, tracking, and record keeping

• Complete employee filings including but not limited to EEOC and OSHA

• Develop ad hoc reporting

• Assist with other related duties needed daily

 

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of benefits and Total Rewards experience

• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite

• Experience using HRIS systems

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written

• Ability to work efficiently and accurately while prioritizing work

 

Details:

• Hybrid, M-F, 8-5

• Salary: $25-28/hr.

• Type: temp to hire

• Location: St. Louis, MO 63005
