Job description
Benefits

  • General admin support: manage incoming mail, scanning, letter generation, mailings (help reduce paper mail and opt for paperless when possible)
  • Submit payment requests to A/P (billing administration is supported via an offshoring arrangement)
  • Data entry to HRIS system
  • Run eligibility file process in HRIS and submit files to vendors electronically; review subsequent error reports generated by vendors
  • Assist with benefits frequently asked questions (walk-ins, email, phone) pertaining to health & welfare, retirement and work life plans as needed
  • Ad-hoc duties at the discretion of management

Mobility
  • Assist with initiation of relocation services with vendors (household good move, flights, car service, corporate housing, bank accounts, etc.)
  • General admin support as needed: manage incoming mail, scanning, letter generation, mailings
  • Submit payment requests to A/P (includes relocation related vendor invoices & expat rental payments)
  • Assist with year-end tax filings for expatriate employees; includes liaising and gathering info from HR counterparts in other regions & preparing submissions to AP for generation of checks

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Able to handle a high volume of work inflow
  • Strong Multitask and Organizational Skills
  • Microsoft Suite knowledge
  • Japanese Speaking a plus, but not required
  • Ability to operate under pressure in a fast paced environment while maintaining composure

Successful candidates will be engaged under a contract for services with a third party.
Successful Candidates will not be employed by nor have any employment relationship with Nomura.
