Responsibilities:

- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing

- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and facilitating resolutions

- Administer HR programs such as benefits enrollment, performance evaluations, and training initiatives

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases

- Assist in strategic planning for HR initiatives and policies

Requirements:

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for recruitment purposes

- Strong skills in program management and strategic planning

- Ability to handle employee relations issues effectively

- Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition processes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
