Job Description
- Pay: Up to $20 per hour!
- Schedule: 24-30 hours per week. Very flexible! You can choose what days/times work best for you Monday-Friday within the hours of 8 am- 5 pm.
- Location: Blaine, MN, onsite
- Contract Length: 3-4 weeks
What you will do as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant:
- Print confidential files, maintain and organize file system.
- Maintain electronic file documents.
- Transfer paper files into folders and file cabinets for data retention.
- Print mail merge documents, and create envelopes for employee recognition.
- Other duties and special HR projects, as assigned.
What you will bring to the Human Resources Administrative Assistant position:
- 1+ year of administrative experience
- High school Diploma or GED
- Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and friendly and professional demeanor
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism and confidentiality among staff and external contacts.
