SalaryEssential Job Functions
- Remove all trash, empty all trash cans and debris and replace receptacle liners as needed.
- Clean, sanitize and restock supplies.
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping and vacuuming.
- Maintain janitorial closets and equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
- Additional duties as requested by management.
- Clean restrooms and other assigned areas
Qualifications:
- Experience in the janitorial industry required with floor/carpet care experience preferred
- A background screening and drug test will be required
Physical Demands:
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending and squatting is required.
- Lifting and moving objects 50 lbs or more
- Standing for up to four hours at a time
