Housekeeping

Do you take pride in your housekeeping skills? Are you excellent at making spaces clean? Do you love the summer heat? We want your help! Black Meadow Landing located in Parker Dam "Lake Havasu", is a family friendly RV Resort with a positive work environment. Become part of our team and contribute to making a beautiful place for snowbirds and summer weekenders to enjoy.
This position is $16.00/hour. Up to 30 hours a week. This position is year-round but open to discuss a workamping seasonal position. Position includes RV site for on site living if needed.
Requirements

• Cleaning of rental units (Hotel rooms, Park Models and Mobile Homes).
• Daily check out cleaning
• Daily check in setup
• Laundry from rental units
• Seasonal deep cleaning

Daily cleaning of:

• Laundry Room
• Office
• Recreation Rooms
• Bathrooms
• Shower Rooms

What we need from you:

• Must have great communication skills
• A kind demeanor
• Upbeat outgoing personality
• Be an expert listener
• Be a proactive problem solver
• Work weekends and Holidays
• Ability to read maps
• Be able to stand and walk throughout your shift
• Flexible schedule
• Able to monitor park standards and ensure positive guest interactions throughout the park reporting to the resort manager.
